I hold a bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, and chemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder, but I am not an ordinary scientist. In my years of experience as a researcher, I realized that my personality and skills in the scientific field could be directly related to the real estate environment. Those traits include a positive attitude, effective negotiating skills, a high commitment to quality, impeccable research skills, and the pursuit of gaining more knowledge. Each of these qualities is key to real estate because this business requires those elements to succeed.
In terms of my qualifications, I have been a resident in several northern Colorado cities for 18 years. In that time, I have seen lots of changes in the surrounding communities and have witnessed the tremendous amount of growth in the northern areas. Also, I had spent many weekends as a sales hostess for several new homebuilders in the northern Colorado area, which gave me an awareness of the details homeowners are interested in when buying a new home. Now with the knowledge bestowed upon me from the real estate education and community, my main desire is to help people reduce the stress of shopping for a new home and to ease the challenges with selling an existing home.
